Santa Brownie Bites
These Santa Brownie Bites make for a delightful, festive addition to any holiday spread. The combination of fudgy brownies, fresh strawberries, and sweet cream cheese frosting is deliciously rich while naturally gluten-free.

Brownie Bite Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup grass-fed butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips melted
Sweet Cream Cheese Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsp grass-fed butter melted
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Other Ingredients:
- 12 strawberries washed, dried, stems cut off
Preheat oven to 325º F. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
Beat eggs and coconut sugar together on high until light and fluffy. Stir in almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, and vanilla extract.
Microwave butter and chocolate chips, stopping every 30 seconds to stir, until melted. Stir into the brownie batter.
Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with moist crumbs.
While brownies bake, blend the icing ingredients together and cut the stems off of the strawberries.
Once brownies have cooled, removed from muffin pan (if they don’t come out easily, it helps to flip the pan over and lay ice on top for 10 minutes), top with frosting, a strawberry, and a dot of frosting on top of the strawberry.
