Raspberry & Cream Popsicles
These popsicles are sweetened with fruit and full of protein to help keep blood sugar levels regulated.

Servings: 3 popsicles
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp nut milk
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp raw honey
Blend together the raspberries and 1 tbsp nut milk.
Mix together the yogurt and honey.
Add a layer of the raspberry mixture, followed by the greek yogurt & honey, repeating until the popsicle mold is full.
Repeat for the other 2 popsicles.
Freeze overnight. Run the popsicle molds under hot water to help release and enjoy!
