Raspberry & Cream Popsicles

These popsicles are sweetened with fruit and full of protein to help keep blood sugar levels regulated.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp nut milk
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions

  • Blend together the raspberries and 1 tbsp nut milk.
  • Mix together the yogurt and honey.
  • Add a layer of the raspberry mixture, followed by the greek yogurt & honey, repeating until the popsicle mold is full.
  • Repeat for the other 2 popsicles.
  • Freeze overnight. Run the popsicle molds under hot water to help release and enjoy!
