No Bake Pot of Gold Brownie Pops
These Pot of Gold Brownie Pops are such a fun St. Patrick's Day treat! They're no bake and only require a handful of ingredients!

Other Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp almond flour
Brownie Dough Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted
- 1 tbsp gold sprinkles
Mix together the brownie dough ingredients and roll into 6 balls.
Dip popsicle sticks in melted chocolate, insert into the balls, and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Holding onto the stick, dip the ball in the chocolate, tapping twice to remove excess chocolate. Place pops stick side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer to set.
After about 10 minutes, or whenever the chocolate has hardened, add a little melted chocolate to the flat side of the ball (the part that was lying on the baking sheet) and add gold sprinkles. Enjoy!
