Nana's Healthier Peanut Butter Balls
These peanut butter balls are made with only 4 ingredients are a delicious homemade candy!
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup grass-fed butter, melted (can sub with vegan butter)
- 1/2 cup rice krispies (optional)
- 2 cups chocolate
Mix together the peanut butter, butter, and crisp rice cereal. Place in the refrigerator to thicken.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and refrigerate if necessary to harden again. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stopping every 30 sections to stir.
Use a fork to dip the balls in the chocolate and lay on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator to harden. Enjoy!
