- 1-2 ripe kiwis peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted
Prepare a silicone Christmas tree mold. Peel and finely chop the kiwi into small, bite-sized pieces.
Place chopped kiwi into each compartment of the silicone mold, covering the entire base of the mold.
Pour melted dark chocolate over the kiwi, covering it completely.
Freeze the mold for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
Once frozen, carefully pop the chocolates out of the mold. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
