Ingredients

  • 1 cup elderberry syrup
  • 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
  • 2 tbsp raw honey optional

Instructions

Warm the Elderberry Syrup

  • Add elderberry syrup to a small saucepan over low heat. Warm gently—do not boil, as this can destroy nutrients.

Bloom the Gelatin

  • Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the syrup and whisk until fully dissolved. Stir in honey, if using.

Pour Into Molds

  • Carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds (a dropper helps) or a parchment-lined baking dish.

Chill Until Set

  • Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours, or until firm.

Remove & Store

  • Pop the gummies out of molds (or cut into squares if using a dish). Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
