Ingredients

  • 1 overly ripe banana
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp nut milk
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 cup freeze dried strawberries
  • 1 cup vanilla cookies

Instructions

Make the base:

  • Blend the banana, fresh strawberries, vanilla, nut milk, and protein powder (if using) until smooth.

Freeze:

  • Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze overnight.

Prepare the coating:

  • Crush vanilla cookies and freeze-dried strawberries in a bag (small pieces, not crumbs).

Coat the bars:

  • Let the popsicles thaw for 4 minutes, then remove them and roll in the crushed coating.

Set & serve:

  • Place the coated bars back in the freezer for 10 minutes to set. Then enjoy!
