Healthy Homemade Gogurt
This homemade Gogurt is so easy to make! You only need Greek yogurt and fruit to make this nourishing snack!

Ingredients

cups
nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Peach Gogurt

cup
peeled and chopped peach
Strawberry Banana Gogurt
1/2
cup
chopped strawberries
1/2
cup
peeled and chopped bananas
Tropical Gogurt
2/3
cup
peeled and chopped mango
1/3
cup
chopped pineapple
Instructions
Blend together 1 cup Greek yogurt with 1 cup fruit (see above for ideas).
Use a funnel to pour the yogurt mixture into the tubes. Seal and place in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
If your kids are used to sweeter yogurt, feel free to add a bit of honey. I like to add a little banana into ones that have a tart fruit.
