- 3/4 cup 1% kefir
- 1 cup farmer cheese
- 15+ sweet thins
Add the farmer cheese and kefir to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
Place the Sweet Thins into the mixture, gently pressing them into the cheesecake mixture. Add more than 15 Sweet Thins if you would like it more sweet.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until cookies soften.
