Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup 1% kefir
  • 1 cup farmer cheese
  • 15+ sweet thins

Instructions

  • Add the farmer cheese and kefir to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
  • Place the Sweet Thins into the mixture, gently pressing them into the cheesecake mixture. Add more than 15 Sweet Thins if you would like it more sweet.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until cookies soften.
  • Scoop and serve cold.
