- 1/4 cup grass-fed gelatin
- 1 tsp natural green dye I used spirulina powder
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- Juice from 3 large limes
- 3 cups water
- 15 white ball sprinkles
- 15 mini flag toothpicks
- 15 small plastic cups
Make the Jello Base
In a small saucepan, heat 2 cups of water until just below boiling. Turn off the heat and whisk in the honey, lime juice, and the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved. Add green spirulina powder (starting with ½ teaspoon) and stir well, adding more as needed until you reach your desired green hue.
Pour and Set
Arrange your plastic cups on a baking sheet for easy transport. Carefully pour the jello mixture into each cup, filling them about three-quarters full. Transfer the tray to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
