GF/DF Peanut Butter Crunch Candy Bars
Crispy peanut butter in a dark chocolate shell creates a delicious candy bar!

- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups rice cereal
Cover the bottom and sides of the molds. Place in the freezer for 2 minutes. Add a 2nd coat of chocolate to the sides (make sure you can’t see the mold through the chocolate). Place in the freezer.
Add the peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup to a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stirtogether. Mix in the cereal.
Add the cereal mixture to the molds. Press down to make the cereal level. Freeze for 5 minutes. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and freeze for 15 minutes.
Gently remove from the freezer. Drizzle on more chocolate and sprinkles, if desired. Enjoy!
