Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp raw honey omit if Greek yogurt is sweetened
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped fruit (here I used strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries)
  • natural food dye

Instructions

  • In 3 bowls, mix together 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup fruit, 1/2 tsp honey, and colorant to desired hue.
  • Carefully cut a slit in the bottom of a plastic egg. Fill the egg with the yogurt mixture. Snap the egg closed and insert a popsicle stick. Wipe excess yogurt off of the egg. Repeat until all eggs have been filled and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  • Run under water for a couple of minutes to help loosen the plastic egg. Remove and enjoy!
