Crispy Chocolate Strawberries

These Crispy Chocolate Strawberries combine rich dark chocolate, crunchy rice cereal, and juicy strawberry slices for a naturally gluten-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate melted to about 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 12 strawberry slices approximately 6 strawberries

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper or have silicone molds ready.
  • Gently melt the dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Stir the crispy rice cereal into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  • Spoon the chocolate mixture into molds or create small rounds on the parchment paper, roughly the same size as the strawberry slices.
  • Gently press one strawberry slice onto each chocolate base.
  • Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
  • Carefully remove the treats from the molds or peel off the parchment paper. Enjoy immediately or store for later!
