Crispy Chocolate Strawberries
These Crispy Chocolate Strawberries combine rich dark chocolate, crunchy rice cereal, and juicy strawberry slices for a naturally gluten-free treat.

Servings: 12 chocolates
- 1 cup dark chocolate melted to about 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
- 12 strawberry slices approximately 6 strawberries
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or have silicone molds ready.
Gently melt the dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Stir the crispy rice cereal into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
Spoon the chocolate mixture into molds or create small rounds on the parchment paper, roughly the same size as the strawberry slices.
Gently press one strawberry slice onto each chocolate base.
Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
Carefully remove the treats from the molds or peel off the parchment paper. Enjoy immediately or store for later!
