- 5 clementines peeled and separated into segments
- 5 tablespoons whole milk plain kefir
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup plus more to taste
Arrange the clementine segments in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
Add the frozen clementines to a high-powered blender or food processor and pulse several times to break them into small pieces.
Add the kefir and maple syrup.
Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and add additional maple syrup if desired.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a firmer sorbet.
