Ingredients
Nougat Ingredients:
1cupalmond flour
1/4cupnatural peanut butter
2tbspmaple syrup or honey
Caramel Ingredients:
1/2cuppeanut butteror other nut butter
1/4 cup coconut oilmelted
1/4 cupmaple syrupor honey
Other Ingredients:
1/4 cuppeanutslightly salted or unsalted
1cupdark chocolate chipsmelted
1 tspcoconut oil
Instructions
Mix together all of the nougat ingredients until a dough forms. Add 1 tablespoon to the bottom of each pumpkin and press down to smooth it out. Place in the freezer.
Mix together the caramel ingredients and pour over the nougat layer. Place in the refrigerator until it thickens (about 10 minutes). Cover the caramel layer with peanuts, gently pressing them into the caramel. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
Mix the coconut oil into the melted dark chocolate Carefully remove the snickers from the molds and dip in the dark chocolate. Use a fork to remove the snickers from the chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Enjoy!
Notes
These are best stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
