Copycat Reeses Christmas Trees

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 cup dark chocolate melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil or MCT oil optional - to mix into chocolate to thin it out
Coat the bottom and sides of a silicone tree mold with about half of the chocolate. Place in the fridge to set.
Mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour. Let sit for a minute to thicken. Add about 2 tbsp to each tree and flatten. Cover with the remaining chocolate and place in the freezer.
Once set (about 15 minutes), carefully remove from the mold and enjoy!
