Copycat Reeses Christmas Trees

These Christmas Tree Reeseā€™s Peanut Butter Cups combine creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate in a festive tree shape, making them the perfect holiday treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 cup dark chocolate melted
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or MCT oil optional - to mix into chocolate to thin it out

Instructions

  • Coat the bottom and sides of a silicone tree mold with about half of the chocolate. Place in the fridge to set.
  • Mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour. Let sit for a minute to thicken. Add about 2 tbsp to each tree and flatten. Cover with the remaining chocolate and place in the freezer.
  • Once set (about 15 minutes), carefully remove from the mold and enjoy!
