Ingredients

  • 1 large apple
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate melted
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate melted
  • 4-6 popsicle sticks
  • For the reindeer: 2 candy eyes, 2 mini pretzels, 1 red candy or raspberry
  • For Santa: red sprinkles, yellow sprinkles, 3 chocolate chips

  • For the ornament: colored candies, 1/2 mini peanut butter cup

Instructions

  • Slice 2-3 slices to the left and right of the stem (they should be about 1/2 in wide so the popsicle stick can go through without breaking the slice).
  • Use a knife to make a small slit at the bottom of each slice. Then insert a popsicle stick through the slit.
  • Decorate the apples pops, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate.
  • For the reindeer: dip in dark chocolate, insert pretzels for antlers, candy eyes, and red candy or raspberry for nose
  • For the Santa belly: dip in white or dark chocolate, top with red sprinkles, add dark chocolate to make a belt and 4 yellow sprinkles to make the buckle, attach chocolate chips with a little chocolate
  • For the snowman: dip in white chocolate, add chocolate chips for eyes, mini chocolate chips for mouth, part of an orange candy for carrot nose. If desired, add 1/2 a peanut butter cup and piped on dark chocolate to make the hat
  • For the ornament: make designs with colored candies and piped chocolate. Attach 1/2 peanut butter cup to the top.
