Chocolate Covered Watermelon

- 8 watermelon slicesĀ
- 1/2 cup dark chocolateĀ
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- sea salt
Freeze watermelon slices for 30 minutes.
Dip the watermelon in the chocolate mixed with coconut oil. Place the watermelon on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and sprinkled on sea salt.
Keep the watermelon in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat. Enjoy!
