Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped strawberries fresh and sweet; if tart, add a little sweetener
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut/seed butter you prefer
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate use milk chocolate for a sweeter option, dairy-free if needed
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey only if your strawberries aren't super sweet

Instructions

Blend the Base

  • In a high-speed blender, blend the chopped strawberries and peanut butter until smooth. Taste and add maple syrup or honey, if needed.

Freeze into Pops

  • Pour the mixture into silicone ice cube trays or small popsicle molds. Insert mini popsicle sticks (breaking full-size sticks in half works perfectly). Freeze overnight.

Dip in Chocolate

  • Pop out the frozen strawberry cubes. Dip each one into melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Set and Serve

  • Let the pops rest at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before eating to soften slightly for that creamy, scoopable center.
