Ingredients
12mini pretzels
1/2cupgreen chocolate (or white chocolate dyed with natural green colorant)melted
1tbspnatural green sprinklesoptional
Instructions
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Add a teaspoon of chocolate to the parchment paper. Place 3 mini pretzels and a popsicle stick on the chocolate to form a shamrock.
Fill the holes of of the pretzels with chocolate and place in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
Dip the pretzel shamrock in the chocolate to cover the pretzels completely. Gently tap the popsicle stick with a knife to remove excess chocolate.
Place on the baking sheet and add sprinkles, if desired. Repeat for all shamrocks. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Notes
These are best stored in an air-tight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
