A fun Valentine’s Day twist on classic chips and salsa, these crisp chocolate “chips” are dipped into naturally sweet strawberry salsa. This no-bake treat is easy to make, kid-friendly, and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Melted chocolate (dark, semi-sweet, or refined sugar-free if preferred)
  • 12 strawberries washed and dried
  • honey to taste

Instructions

Make the Chocolate Chips

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spoon melted chocolate into small circles, spreading them into thin “chips.”
  • Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

Prepare the Strawberry Salsa

  • Finely chop fresh strawberries using a slap chop or knife.
  • Stir in a tiny drizzle of honey if desired—just enough to enhance the natural sweetness.

Serve & Dip

  • Arrange the chocolate chips on a plate and serve with the strawberry salsa in a bowl.
