Chickpea Brownie Dip (sweetened with dates)

This Brownie Dip is sweetened only with fruit, chock full of protein, and easy to make – just throw everything in the food processor!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup dates, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened nut milk

Instructions

  • First add all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, then process until completely blended, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!

Notes

This is best stored in the refrigerator.
