- 1 large apple
- 1 cup organic corn flakes
- 1/3 cup drippy peanut butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate melted
Make the "Butterfinger" Topping
In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth. (Tip: If your maple syrup was refrigerated, gently warm the mixture to help it blend.) Stir in crushed corn flakes until fully coated.
