Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh basil
  • 1 1/4 cups steamed broccoli (1/2 of a 12oz bag of frozen broccoli)
  • 1 cup packed kale or spinach
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Blend together all of the ingredients. Enjoy!
