- 1 1/4 cup pitted dates, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
- 3/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp maca powder (optional)
Process all of the ingredients together. If not sticking together, add 1/2 tsp of water.
Roll into bite-sized balls and enjoy!
