Easy Halloween Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Looking for a fun and festive Halloween treat? These chocolate-covered strawberries are perfect for any spooky celebration! From Frankenstein to mummy, ghost, pumpkin, brains, candy corn, and spiderweb designs, these Halloween-themed strawberries are sure to impress. Best of all, they’re easy to make and healthier than store-bought candy!

Tips For Making The Best Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  • Insert 2 toothpicks into the strawberry stems for a sturdy way to dip.

  • For all of the colored chocolate, I mix natural colorants into melted white chocolate.

  • Place the chocolate covered strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the refrigerator to set.

  • Store in the fridge until ready to serve

Frankenstein Chocolate Covered Strawberry

  1. Dip a strawberry in green chocolate (I added natural green colorant to white chocolate) & add mini dark chocolate chips to the sides. Place in the refrigerator to set. 
  2. Once hardened, pipe dark chocolate on for the face.

Spiderweb Chocolate Covered Strawberry

  • Dip the strawberry in white chocolate and place in the refrigerator to set.
  • Once hardened,  pipe on dark chocolate for the web.

Candy Corn Chocolate Covered Strawberry

  • Dip the strawberry in yellow chocolate. Place in the refrigerator to set. 
  • Once hardened, dip in orange chocolate 2/3 of the way. Place back in the refrigerator to set. 
  • Once hardened, dip in white chocolate 1/3 of the way.

Pumpkin Chocolate Covered Strawberry

  • Dip the strawberry in orange chocolate (I added natural orange colorant to white chocolate) and place in the fridge to set. 
  • Once hardened, pipe orange chocolate down the sides of the strawberry.

Ghost Chocolate Covered Strawberry

  • Add a swirl of white chocolate to parchment paper.
  • Dip a strawberry in white chocolate and place at the top of the swirl. Refrigerate to set.
  • Once hardened, pipe dark chocolate on for the face.

Mummy Chocolate Covered Strawberry

  • Dip a strawberry in white chocolate and place in the refrigerator to set.
  • Once hardened, add white chocolate lines and 2 candy eyes.

Brains Chocolate Covered Strawberry

  • Dip a strawberry in pink chocolate (I added beet powder to white chocolate) and place in the refrigerator to set. 
  • Once hardened, pipe a line of pink chocolate down the middle and then curvy lines on both sides.
