Hot Cocoa Bombs

1 Mins read

Happy National Hot Chocolate Day!! I thought it was only fitting to share my simple method for making hot cocoabombs!!

  1. Melt 2/3 cup @ifiprovisions Luker Tumaco 85% Dark Chocolate (Ad, but you know how much I love using their chocolate in my recipes.) I microwave for a couple minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.
  2. Add about 2 tsp to each mold and spread all over the mold. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Add another 2 tsp and spread, especially on the sides. Refrigerate for another 5 minutes and then carefully remove the chocolate.
  3. Add a scoop of hot cocoa mix, marshmallows (these are my homemade paleo marshmallows that I posted a couple weeks ago), and sprinkles. Add melted chocolate to the rim of one of the halves, place it on top of the filled half and use your finger to smooth out. You may need to add more chocolate to fill in any gaps. Pipe on additional chocolate, if desired.
  4. Fill a mug with hot nut milk, add the hot cocoa bomb and watch it explode! Stir and enjoy!!
