Gluten Free Soft Pretzels
These soft pretzels are made with only 4 ingredients! They are a delicious snack to enjoy!

Servings: 5 soft pretzels
- 1 cup gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp grass fed butter melted
- 1 tsp course sea salt
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Mix together the flour and baking powder. Mix in the Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 5 balls. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on a silicone mat or parchment paper and over your hands. Using both hands, roll each ball into a worm about 14 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
Form a pretzel shape with each worm of dough. Cover each pretzel with melted butter and sprinkle on course sea salt.
Bake for 22 minutes, or until golden brown.
