Hidden Veggie Gluten Free Cheezits
These gluten free Cheezits are made with only 4 ingredients, one of which is a veggie! They're crunchy and delicious!

- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tbsp cold grass fed butter
- 1/2 cup steamed baby carrots
- 3/4 dup gluten free 1:1 flour
- sprinkle sea salt optional
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Process together the cheese, butter, and carrots until totally blended. Add the flour and mix until just combined.
Roll out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter to cut strips horizontally and then vertically to form square crackers. Use a toothpicks to poke a hole in the middle of each cracker. Sprinkle on sea salt.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown. Let sit to crisp up and then break into pieces. Enjoy!
