Hidden Veggie Gluten Free Goldfish Crackers
These goldfish crackers are gluten-free, have a hidden veggie, and are made with only 4 ingredients! They are so deliciously cheesy and crunchy!

- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tbsp cold grass-fed butter
- 1/2 cup steamed baby carrots
- 3/4 cup gluten-free flour
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Process together the cheese, butter, and carrots until totally blended. Add the flour and mix until just combined.
Roll out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a cookie cutter to cut out goldfish. Gently push goldfish out and place on the baking sheet. Roll out the unused dough and repeat until all dough has been used.
Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until the bottoms start to turn golden brown.
