Ingredients

  • 1 large apple
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • candy eyes
  • candy nose
  • shredded unsweetened coconut
  • pretzel rod
  • natural yellow and orange dye
  • dark chocolate melt

Instructions

  • Slice 2-3 slices to the left and right of the stem (they should be about 1/2 in wide so the popsicle stick can go through without breaking the slice).
  • Use a knife to make a small slit at the bottom of each slice. Then insert a popsicle stick through the slit.
  • Dip in melted chocolate, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add toppings (see below), and place in the fridge to harden.
  • To make the lamb: Add chocolate for the face & ears, candy eyes, and shredded coconut
  • To make the bunny: Add a candy nose, candy eyes, pretzel rods dipped in chocolate for ears. It is easiest to attach the pretzels with melted chocolate.
  • To make the chick: Dip in white chocolate dyed yellow. Use a toothpick to draw the eyes with dark chocolate and the beak and feet with white chocolate dyed orange.

Notes

These are best stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
